California Police Memorial 2011
California police officers taking part in the annual police memorial. The officers in this photo are from the Los Angeles Police Department. This was taken at the California Highway Patrol Academy in West Sacramento. This is the day after Osama Bin Laden was killed so there was something to celebrate as well.
