Tsukiji Sushi Restaurant
Taken at the Tsukiji Fish Market, a Norwegian is taking orders outside the restaurant. The photo is taken with a Nikon D90 with RAW setting and adjustments were made using Photoshop. This was a very spontaneous photo but I feel that it came out very well. There is a good action with the cutting of the fish, the customers in the back and the subtle angle of the framing. There is little that is overblown and little that is too dark and not much processing was required.
